Registration fees contribute to team photos, trophies, end-of-season celebrations, club equipment upgrades, player insurance, and district fees.
When registering via PlayHQ, claim your profile to ensure your details (including game numbers from SportsTG) are carried over automatically.
If you have difficulty claiming your profile, please get in touch with the registrar.
Important: Please use your correct personal information. Altering birthdates to bypass the process creates unnecessary extra work.
KidSport is a State Government initiative that helps eligible families cover the cost of junior sport registrations. To qualify, you must hold a Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card. Once approved, KidSport will issue you a voucher (typically $150) for your child’s club fees.
Apply online for your voucher before you register your child.

Confirm you or your child hold a valid Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card.
Complete the KidSport application form at the link above.
Receive your voucher
Once approved, you’ll be emailed a KidSport voucher code (generally worth $150).
Register your child
Head to our club’s registration page and enter your child’s details.
When prompted, apply your KidSport voucher code to the total fee.
Pay the balance
If the club’s registration fee exceeds your voucher value, pay the difference at checkout.
Example: Voucher = $150; Club fee = $200 → You pay $50.
Need a different voucher amount?
If your KidSport voucher is for an amount other than $150 (e.g., varies by region), please contact us before registering so we can adjust your balance accordingly.
