Brayden Ainsworth is a former AFL player and passionate advocate for young adults, committed to fostering mental, social and emotional well-being.
Growing up Brayden discovered the transformative power of understanding one’s emotions and values. He experienced firsthand how embracing vulnerability and building strong connections could turn challenges into growth. This journey ignited a deep purpose to empower others to break free from societal pressures, explore their inner world and cultivate unshakable self-belief.
He learnt that physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being are key factors that leads us to quality of life and he wants to share his learning and experience with others.
Together with Happiness Co, his mission is to equip individuals with the tools to embrace their authentic selves and build lives rooted in resilience, connection and purpose.
His approach is grounded in authenticity and relatability. He inspires individuals to confront their true feelings, own their values and create a life that thrives from within. Through his work in pre-emptive mental health, he’s not just teaching well-being he’s helping others live it.
